When will i receive my shipment?
- Most shipments are received with 3-5 business depending upon our customers location.
My order was delayed?
- To avoid delays, returned packages, and/or additional fees, please double check that there are no misspellings and that the correct street number, street name, unit numbers, city, state, zip code, are entered. Packages with incorrect addresses will be rejected by the courier and returned to sender. If your order is flagged for fraud, processing will be delayed until we can verify the order is not fraud.
Lost/stolen shipments?
- Signedatomgirl is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. You will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier (USPS, FedEx, DHL,or UPS). Once your claim has been filed, please contact Signedatomgirl at aptomgirl@gmail.com with information regarding your situation and your claim numbers.
Can i return my shrink clothing?
- Sorry, we do not offer returns / exchanges for non-resellable used / worn merchandise.
